DHA Omega-3
While prescription Omega-3s containing DHA are proven to reduce very high triglycerides, they have been shown in clinical trials to raise bad cholesterol (LDL-C) in patients with very high triglycerides.

Since many patients with high triglycerides also have elevated LDL, this may not be consistent with your overall treatment objectives.
