delivered to your home?

Check out the HD+ Program

  • What is the VASCEPA HD+ Program?

The VASCEPA HD+ Program will help you arrange home delivery of your prescriptions. Once you enroll in this free service, Transition Pharmacy will determine your insurance coverage and mail VASCEPA directly to your door. Shipping is free, and the only cost to you is your usual copay. You may also be eligible for additional savings.*

  • How does the VASCEPA HD+ Program work?

Your healthcare provider will give your prescription to Transition Pharmacy, who will get in touch with you regarding your VASCEPA prescription. A Transition Pharmacy representative will also contact your insurance company to determine the details of your coverage and copay. Once Transition Pharmacy has the required information, you will receive a telephone call from a representative to review your insurance, options for payment, and delivery. If you don’t have insurance, the Transition Pharmacy representative will discuss your options with you.

  • So I don’t need to go to a pharmacy to pick up my prescription?

No trip to the pharmacy is required. That’s where the convenience comes in.

  • How can the VASCEPA HD+ Program help with my insurance coverage?

The VASCEPA HD+ Program is a personal advocacy service that helps you navigate your insurance coverage. If VASCEPA is covered, Transition Pharmacy will apply the VASCEPA copay card, and you will be charged the lowest copay that you are eligible to receive. If VASCEPA is not covered, or you don’t have insurance, a Transition Pharmacy representative will discuss other options with you.

  • Can I get refills through the VASCEPA HD+ Program?

Yes, your healthcare provider can authorize refills. You will receive a reminder 7 days in advance of next month’s refill.

  • Do I have to participate in the VASCEPA HD+ Program?

You have the option of filling your prescription the traditional way. Furthermore, if you enter the program and then decide you want to stop, you can opt out at any time by calling Transition Pharmacy Customer Service TOLL-FREE at 855-620-4434.

  • My healthcare provider gave me a $9 copay card for VASCEPA. May I still use it?

Of course. The VASCEPA HD+ Program will apply the copay card for all eligible patients. Restrictions may apply.*

* Prescriber ID# required on prescription. Not for use by residents of VT, nor medical professionals licensed in VT. May not be used to obtain prescription drugs paid for by Federal or State Healthcare Programs including Medicare Part D excluding Federal & State Health exchanges.
